Acceptable Use Policy

Arcane Mail is for personal and professional correspondence. To keep everyone's mail trusted, you may not use it to:

• Send spam, bulk or unsolicited commercial email, or mail to purchased, rented or scraped address lists.
• Send newsletters or marketing campaigns. Use a dedicated email marketing service for that.
• Send phishing, malware, or messages that impersonate another person or organization.
• Harass, threaten or defraud anyone, or send content that is illegal where it is sent or received.
• Forge headers, hide your identity to evade filters, or work around sending limits.
• Connect domains you don't own or aren't authorized to use.

Enforcement

We monitor bounce and complaint rates for every account. Accounts that break this policy may have sending suspended immediately and may be closed.

Reporting abuse

If you received unwanted mail from an arcanemail.io address or a domain using our service, forward it with full headers to abuse@arcanemail.io. We review every report.
