Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026
By creating or using an Arcane Mail account you agree to these terms.
Your account
Accounts are personal. You must provide accurate information when signing up, and you're responsible for keeping your password safe and for the mail sent from your account. Addresses on arcanemail.io belong to Arcane Mail and are assigned to you while your account is in good standing.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no spam, no bulk or unsolicited mail, no phishing or malware, nothing illegal.
Limits
To protect deliverability for everyone, sending is limited (currently 300 messages per day and 50 recipients per message). Attachments can be up to 25 MB per message.
Suspension
We may suspend sending or close accounts that break these terms, generate high bounce or complaint rates, or put the service at risk. Where possible we'll tell you why.
Payment
Arcane is pay as you go. Every account keeps a payment card on file and is charged monthly for what it used: storage, email sent and, for business accounts, each connected domain, at the prices shown on our website. There are no plans or minimum fees. If a payment fails, sending email and uploading files may stop until the payment method is updated.
Custom domains
Only business accounts can connect a domain, and only domains they own or are authorized to manage. Removing a domain stops mail delivery for its addresses.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and your mail safe, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of significant changes by email.
